Directions for Use:
- Boil one heaping tablespoon of Golden Milk Mix into a cup of regular milk or almond milk.
- Allow to cool slightly, strain and enjoy.
- If you prefer, you may drink it without straining too.

Ingredients :
- DATE SUGAR:

Made with whole, dried dates, date sugar is a healthy and nutritious alternative to other sugars and sweeteners. Being high in fiber, it slows down the absorption of sugar in blood. Date sugar is high in antioxidants protecting cells from damage and disease through their anti- inflammatory properties.


- TURMERIC:

A highly potent anti-inflammatory and wound-healing spice. Stimulates blood circulation, supports respiratory and digestive health, and builds immunity.


- ASHWAGANDHA:

An adaptogenic herb revered in Ayurveda for its ability to modulate stress and anxiety, enhance sleep quality, increase muscle strength, lower blood sugar and fat levels, sharpen focus and memory, and support heart health.


- CINNAMON:
