GUT RESTORE
Description:
Gut restore is a synergy of nine ayurvedic herbs. As the name suggests, this formula not only maintains proper digestion through its action on the liver, pancreas and spleen, but also balances blood sugar levels in the body and supports the gut microbiome.
In Ayurveda, optimal digestion of food and life experiences is based on how efficiently our ‘digestive fire’ burns. Health consists not only in assimilating nutrients from food, but also in purifying the body and mind through this ‘agni’ (fire).
That’s why gut detoxification is the first step to reset balance in mind and body.
One of the vital factors of digestive fire corresponds to what medical science calls the gut microbiome. Much research has gone into its impact on our physical well-being, immunity, metabolism, mood and aging.
Directions for use:
- Place 1/4 (one-quarter) teaspoon of gut restore on your tongue and swallow with warm water, five to ten minutes before both lunch and dinner.
- Overweight people can gradually increase dosage to 1/2 (half) teaspoon, twice daily.
- If you find the taste too bitter, you may fill the powder into capsules before swallowing.
Note: After every three months of regular use, discontinue for two weeks, and then resume.
